WHAT YOU OUGHT TO KNOW ABOUT THE NEW GWUDI GUIDELINE as presented on March 16, 2010 in Kelowna, BC
The Ministry of Healthy Living and Sport has commissioned the development of a Guidance Document for Ground Water Under the Influence of Surface Water (GWUDI). This very successful workshop was initially presented on November 20, 2009 in Richmond by the BCWWA. The BCGWA will present the same workshop in Kelowna as part of their annual Conference and Trade Show in mid March at the Okanagan Grand Resort. The single day program has been developed for; Health Authority staff (Drinking Water and Environmental Health Officers), provincial government regulators, consulting engineers and hydrogeologists, water system operators and others working with community water supply.
